Baby Massage - Baby Massage Classes

Learn a full body massage and acupressure routine for the health, bonding and instinctual needs of your baby. In addition to personal hands-on instruction, receive an easy to read and follow “Baby Massage, A Booklet for Babies and Their Parents”, written by your instructor. Included in class time is discussion on why massage is physiologically and emotionally healthy for your baby, the truth about oils and creams and how to use aromatherapy safely. This class incorporates lots of hands-on learning.

Massage is a concentrated bonding experience because it is often short, but intense. It is during your baby’s first few months of life that a foundation for a life long relationship is being built. Make the most of this time by communicating your love and care through touch. What a fantastic gift to give each and every day to your precious baby!

 

Group Classes - $25 per couple and baby

Payments can be made by credit card, cash or check

Classes are held on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10 am to 12 pm

 

What to Bring:

A plant based oil such as jojoba, coconut or grapeseed. No baby oil please.

A comfy blanket and large flat pillow to lay baby on

A light blanket (receiving blanket type) to place over baby to keep chill away

If possible, try to nurse baby 30 minutes prior to class

1 couple per 1 1/2 hour class
