My name is Laura Brodrick. I offer a variety of modalities to assist in your journey to self-actualization, empowerment and healing.

My vision is to have a positive impact on each individual who seeks my services so that they may better achieve their vision of wholeness. I believe that the desire for wellness is deeply held within each person and evolves and changes over time. Our bodies and our spirit aspire to and can absolutely achieve balance and health. Sometimes we find that we can use some assistance along the way.

Hypnotherapy Sessions - Whether you are seeking relief from negative habits, fear, anxiety, or stress; or are looking for birth related hypnotherapy, as a Certified Hypnotherapist I offer sessions:

In person on the beautiful island of Kauai

Via Skype/ooVoo or the telephone

Or, if you prefer, choose from a variety of ready-made sessions in an MP3 file or CD format.

 

HypnoBirthing® Classes - As a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner, affiliated and certified with the HypnoBirthing® Institute I offer group and individual classes to help you bring your baby calmly and gently into the world. For more information on how this educational series can help you, click here.

 

Birth Support - As a Birth Doula and Licensed Massage Therapist I am available to assist with your birth and afterwards provide a hands-on baby massage class for you and your partner. I also teach baby massage classes, so healthy for you and your baby and so much fun! Click on the links for more information on these options.
